Saying What You Mean with Clarity
FREE ONLINE CLASS
Meets on four consecutive Tuesday evenings:
January 28, February 4, 11, and 18 from 7:00-8:00pm EST
We can easily get overwhelmed when presenting information to others, whether it’s our colleagues, the media, or even our kids! We have all these facts packed in our brains, but what do we say and how do we say it to get our points across?
Clarity is key in communication. With some simple tools you can help clear the brain clutter and deliver information clearly.
In the class you will learn how to:
Identify your key messages.
Keep your listeners focused on the point you’re trying to get across.
Handle tough questions and pivot the conversation back to your key messages.
Know when to stop talking.
